Well, hi, to every follower who’s stuck with this blog of mine even though it’s been many months.
I’ll give an update on my life since whenever the hell it was I used this blog last.
I’ll start from the end of summer.
Swimming started two weeks after school started. I’ve been swimming from September until five days ago. Six days a week. That’s a little over six months.
It kind of sucked, but whatever. I got two second places and a third place at Districts and made it to States. Our whole team got first place in our District and fourth place in our State. So, I did pretty fantastically and so did our team. We are probably going to be State champions next year *fingers crossed.*
I’ve started drinking alcohol socially.
Not really a big deal but it’s a once-a-month type thing.
Except for December… I was pretty irresponsible in December. I probably drank like six times in December. But whatevsz, we had Christmas break, so it’s kind of understandable.
I actually haven’t been drunk since New Year’s Eve. I’ve become much more responsible with it.
Also, I’ve told one person that I like boys. It was almost a month ago at a sleepover between my childhood friend and I (he’s a boy and he’s also attracted to guy; BUT IT ISN’T LIKE THAT. We’ve been best friends for almost ten years now).
So, I’ve been a lot more confident with the fact that I like guys. There is absolutely no denial, anymore.
But, that boy I was talking about who I went on vacation with.. I don’t know WHAT I was thinking. He’s cute and stuff but I’ve realized I want NOTHING to do with close friends.
I’ve had feelings for two other guys and one other girl between then and now.
I really had it out for the one guy, and I’m pretty sure he’s gay, but I always end up coming to my senses, unfortunately, and I realized that he and I would never work out.
The girl and I were legitimately talking but then we stopped and now she has a boyfriend. Lolsucksforme.
But it’s fine. I didn’t have any strong feelings for her or anything. It was just one of those fun little relationship-type things. I enjoyed it while it lasted.
I’ve started longboarding. I got a longboard with my Christmas money in December.
It’s been too cold to go out a lot, but I’ve taken a few rides in the past few months. It’s really enjoyable and relaxing to go out for a ride while the sun is setting. It’s probably one of my favorite things.
I was a semi-main part in my school play a few weeks ago. (Yeah, I swam AND did the play. It was ridiculously stressful). The play was “See How They Run.” I was the Uncle of the main character and I had to have a British accent. It was rather enjoyable.
I love performing so very much. I was also in another production before that one in which I had three solo songs. It was called “Chess” and I was Walter, a business agent/CSI agent.
This is the first week I’ve had nothing to do after school since it started and, actually, the first time I haven’t been participating in anything since May of last year. It’s been ten months.
I’m not doing summer swimming this year, so I’ll be not doing anything until school next year. It’ll be a swell and needed break.
